No. Purchased tokens never expire. Use them whenever you're ready. Subscription tokens are refreshed monthly and unused subscription tokens roll over for one month.
Yes. You can buy token packs at any time, even while on a subscription. Subscription tokens and purchased tokens are added to the same balance.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported.
If a generation fails due to a technical issue, your tokens are automatically refunded to your balance. No tokens are lost to failed jobs.
Unused tokens can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and you keep access until the end of your billing period.
